This extremely rare periodical is from the collection of Sir Edward Watkin (1819-1901), one of the most important railwaymen of the nineteenth century and a Liberal MP. He was friends with John Bright and Richard Cobden, and maintained an interest in radical politics throughout his life. We have been unable to find surviving copies of this periodical anywhere else.
