f. 16r (complete) from Locke's 'Cupid & Death'.

No. 21 fifth entry music, last item, last four bars, also from 'Cupid & Death' B flat in the signature is an error, & erased sharps should be reinstated. 3rd October 1974 (see correspondence).

f. 42rL: Kat Audly's Bells, first appeared in Playford's Courtly Masques. London, 1662.

f. 54r: Finish: John: Jenkins

f.67r: Finis J: Jenkins.
