Size of leaf: 17.9 x 11.5 cms.

Twenty-two folios used, with the occasional note on the opposite verso of leaf. Remaining leaves (11) left blank. End paper and inner cover also blank. The paper is watermarked Joynson 1856. At the foot of folio 22, in square brackets, is the note:
Vera copia exam. per Tho: Smith Notarium Publicum
